Former Emmerdale actress and TV presenter, Sheree Murphy, 38, reveals how she has to eat for energy as well as her weight these days.
Back in the UK after a spell living in Australia while her footballer hubby, Harry Kewell, 34, played for a team in Melbourne, Sheree tells how she and her family are adjusting to life back home. Having given birth to Dolly early last year, she lets us in on her bid to get back in shape, and how she’s ready to get back to work.
After having four children, I had to work hard to tone up again.
Every morning after the school run, I join the other mums for a boot camp session in the park. It’s hard work, but great fun – and it gives me an energy boost too. I also try to run when I can, and we take the children swimming, which I find good for body toning. I still hate my bum though.
I try to keep my energy levels high. I’ve learned how to be mega-organised, so I don’t keep rushing around all over the place, and having my energy zapped. I write lists to keep on top of everything and that reduces stress. I make sure I eat healthily too – which is so important – and I take a natural herbal supplement called Vitano. It really helps which I hit a slump.
Vitano, containing Rhodiola rosea, is a traditional herbal medicine used for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with stress such as fatigue, exhaustion and mild anxiety. It’s unique dual action (lowers stress while increasing energy levels) is ideal for people on the verge of “burn-out”. For more information and special prices visit http://www.vitano.co.uk.
